About me

For as long as I can remember,

I’ve been fond of stories. Not the classic fairy tales with princes, princesses, and fairies, but real stories, the life stories of people as they happened. With the good and the bad.

What we offer

There has always been a part of me eager for all these stories, for the knowledge of the secrets and the most hidden details of people’s lives.

I’ve always been keen to discover and explore thoughts, emotions, feelings, behaviours, the everyday motivations of others, what makes them happy, what saddens them, what calms and unsettles them, but above all, how I could help them, how I could make their existence easier, what tools I could offer so that their lives could make sense, and they could become aware of that meaning. Years later, I found out that all these have a name and represent a profession – psychology, psychologist, and psychotherapy. That’s when I knew I had found my purpose in life.

My career as a clinical psychologist began in 2015, shortly after completing my undergraduate studies in Psychology at Titu Maiorescu University in Bucharest, Romania, when I started working as a clinical psychologist in the department for people with disabilities at the Social Assistance Directorate in Bucharest, Romania.

Two years later, I completed my master’s studies in Clinical Psychology, Hypnosis, and Short-Term Therapeutic Interventions at Titu Maiorescu University in Bucharest, Romania.

Since 2016, I have been practicing privately, engaging in both psychological assessment – applying psychological instruments and tests to determine the level of psychological development, establishing clinical psychodiagnosis, and therapeutic planning – as well as psychological counseling and psychotherapy, especially for mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and more. When talking about psychotherapy, the therapeutic approach used is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Psychological assessment helps you discover whether there are certain tendencies in your mood or personality that are manifesting or could manifest at some point in your life, depending on personal and environmental circumstances.

It can help determine if the anxiety or depression you’re experiencing has become pathological and requires specialized help.

Moreover, it can help you know yourself better – in this sense, you could view psychological assessment as an X-ray or, even better, as a complex painting that reveals aspects about yourself, your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and even the reasons behind certain actions or reactions in your relationships with others.

Psychotherapy it`s a process during which you will play an active role in understanding the source of your problems, finding solutions, and improving the quality of your life and relationships (interpersonal, social, professional, and also couple relationships).

It’s a journey of self-discovery, regaining confidence in yourself, truly seeing yourself, developing, and reaching your true potential.

Here you will be provided with support, guidance, and therapeutic tools to overcome the challenging situations you face, solve personal or professional problems weighing on you, and develop your relationship with yourself and others.
